Corinth: The Problem Pt. 2
Paul uses the phrase, “that there be no divisions among you,” in verse 10 of 1 Corinthians. He is outlining his letter, and this phrase is part of his thesis statement. Before addressing the major problems within the church, Paul brings up division because he knows it is at the root of many of their problems: schisms. Do we take division as seriously as Paul does, or for that matter, as seriously as God does?
